I came up with a methodical approach to healing &

transformation, & I refer to myself as a Nervous System & Trauma- Centered Practitioner.

My name is Jade Osborne and you can think of me as an empathetic, emotionally intelligent, and intuitive woman … (who is part hippie and a little part hood)

I help people heal from trauma and the nervous system dysregulation that follows the unconscious patterning resulting from trauma by addressing the emotional, spiritual, energetic, and physical body.

I create a safe space to ignite awareness, illuminate out-of-alignment lifestyle choices and reduce nervous system dysregulation.

Holistic Renewal (of the 4 bodies; physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual) is the term that dropped into my awareness when I went from survival mode to face-it mode in my own body, mind, and soul, and began to share this as I transitioned into a teacher and coach.

The 4 Pillars of Holistic Renewal

  • Increase awareness
  • Decrease nervous system dysregulation
  • Self-responsibility
  • Integration

The methodical approach of Holistic Renewal helps us to identify the places in each of our bodies that may need attention; emotional, spiritual, physical, and mental.

I anticipate the emergence of additional expressions of Holistic Renewal as the possibilities for healing the body, mind, and spirit are truly limitless.

Utilizing my methods of Holistic Renewal isn’t better or worse than the modalities of other teachers, therapists or healers; it’s just different ...

as it takes into account our system as a whole versus compartmentalizing and addressing only one system or body.

We go to the dentist, and the doctor, but how often do we take care of our energetic body, emotional body, or mental body? From what I have found, not enough.

The method of healing I have created embodies the teachings of spiritism from Alan Kardec, Chico Xavier, and teachings about presence, ego, and consciousness from spiritual teacher and mentor Kai Karrel.

Holistic Renewal also incorporates trauma-informed somatic processing, internal family system therapy (IFS), and healing of trauma from pioneers in the mental health field like Peter Levine, Pete Walker, and my teacher and mentor Jessica Benstock.

After years of being a leader in the fitness industry, I have a deep understanding of the polarities this lifestyle can carry. From movement as our medicine to the prevalence of eating disorders and body dysmorphia. Cleary seeing how our trauma and the nervous system play a huge role in our relationship and approach to our health and wellness.

Holistic Renewal is a comprehensive approach to healing that combines metaphysical and physical practices to get to the root of our physical and emotional pains. Rather than relying solely on talk therapy, this method takes a somatic approach, meaning it works through the body's nervous system to create a sense of safety and renewal. This comprehensive approach to healing leaves no stone unturned, providing a detailed map to help us find our way back to a place of healing and renewal.

Combining awareness with shifting the state of the nervous system can result in profound changes. By cultivating awareness, we create an environment that allows the brain to reorganize and rewire itself, leading to lasting changes in our thinking and behavior. By shifting the state of the nervous system, we can optimize our brain's capacity to shift the neuroplasticity and create positive, lasting change.

I have seen immense healing take place within myself and with my clients when blending parts work, nervous system regulation, and conscious awareness.

Everything is connected.

We cannot separate consciousness from the nervous system or the brain from our lifestyle choices.

We cannot fragment our wholeness and pretend that our mental, emotional, spiritual, physical, and ancestral health don’t directly affect and influence our entire way of being.

Holistic Renewal invites us to see ourselves as already whole beings, not healing in order to become whole, but healing in wholeness.

Trauma affects every aspect of our existence: our physical bodies, our emotions, our minds, our ancestral lineage before us and those who will come after us, and our spirits.

If we’re going to heal — truly, sustainably heal — we have to do it holisticaly. Not in parts that we will eventually piece together to create the whole.

AS A WHOLE.
