In preparation for our sessions, I encourage you to listen to this meditation as often as possible—at least four times, though ideally up to 11. It’s only 12 minutes long, and if you happen to fall asleep, that’s perfectly fine—your subconscious mind will still absorb my voice. The more you practice, the more easily you’ll be able to drop in deeply during our time together.
