Perhaps you're stuck in cycles of overworking and undernourishing—too busy to prepare healthy meals or make time for the gym. If this sounds like you, you're not alone. Your physical body is not just a vessel—it’s an active, intelligent participant in your healing. For over a decade, I’ve helped people rebuild trust with their bodies, reconnect to their strength, and end the war with food. I understand what it’s like to feel stuck in cycles of all-or-nothing thinking—starting a new diet or workout plan only to fall back into old patterns, or using exercise as a form of punishment instead of empowerment. As someone who has walked through a 25-year battle with binge eating, fitness obsession, and body shame, I know firsthand the pain of living in conflict with your body—and the freedom that’s possible when you begin to listen with compassion. My own healing journey took me from an athlete who used fitness to outrun feelings, to a woman deeply connected to her body, emotions, voice, and spiritual truth. I’ve broken the cycle of self-sabotage, and I now support others in doing the same.
