For over a decade, I’ve helped people rebuild trust with their bodies, reconnect to their strength, and end the war with food. I understand the frustration of all-or-nothing cycles—starting a new plan with motivation only to fall back into old patterns, or using exercise as punishment rather than empowerment. This offering is consultative and practical in nature. Sessions are designed to assess where you are in your physical journey and help you build clear, sustainable tools to support your body. While this work is trauma-aware, it does not include emotional processing, therapy, or somatic or parts-based healing. Instead, we focus on education, strategy, and actionable support that you can integrate into daily life.
